I am Yasmine Rifai (ياسمين الرفاعي), an author, speaker, and thought leader in AI-driven digital transformation, with over fifteen years of experience leading innovation across governments and industries. Born in Lebanon, my journey has been shaped by resilience, purpose, and an unshakable belief in the power of transformation.

From driving national artificial intelligence strategies to forging impactful public-private partnerships, I have dedicated my career to using technology as a force for good; helping governments and institutions reimagine what is possible and create meaningful change.

But my story is not only professional. I am a proud daughter, a sister, and a dreamer. I find joy in travel, sports, sketching, and disappearing into the pages of powerful books. My family grounds me. Creativity energizes me. And impact moves me forward.

Writing is one of the most personal ways I express that impact. Through my books and reflections, I explore the intersections of technology, humanity, and personal growth. I write to inspire, to challenge, and to offer a voice to those still finding theirs.
